SeviHire is currently a marketing preview. Joining the waitlist requests a launch announcement; it does not create an account or guarantee a launch date. Accounts, document preparation, and signatures are not yet available. The application terms below describe the planned service.
The service
SeviHire is guided software that helps students and employers prepare Form I-983 (Training Plan for STEM OPT Students).
Not legal advice
SeviHire is not a law firm, is not a substitute for a Designated School Official or an immigration attorney, and does not provide legal advice. Explanations in the product are general information about the form. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit and certify.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to only share employer review links with people authorized to act for the employer, and to keep your account credentials secure. Electronic signatures you and your employer provide are intended to carry the same weight as handwritten ones.
Liability
The service is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeviHire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including immigration outcomes, arising from use of the service.
